| I've been inspired to stay on xanga. Not like I am on tumblr--because THAT place is a class a drug, but enough to post longer text entries from time to time. Tumblr is fun, but it's mostly pictures, quotes, and little quips. Anyway, I'm not networking or anything. Y'all welcome to chill here and be a friend. I don't mind that. |

| So in recent months, my posts have become nearly vacuous, mostly photos or one sentence statements. I guess I've been too tired to update about my book reading status or my opinions on music and such. I haven't written anything thought provoking or the like in a while.
That's what always happens. I have a high enthusiasm which quickly dies as I continue with a project.
But as for the reading, I have some literature to take care of: (anything bolded is a link - click on it!)
I've started the first two. I have yet to buy that last one. I'm a big fan of John Green books, so I can't wait to read this one. The online synopsis on the Borders website mentioned something about a high school musical so I got freaked out and had horrible images of Zach Effron--I mean, Troy--and that Vanessa girl--Gabreille, Gabriella?--but I wanted to give it a chance.
In terms of music, I bought some albums the other day. There goes $50 of my graduation money...

Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray - by B.o.B.Tourist History - by Two Door Cinema ClubI got a new MacBook Pro and iPod touch last week and wanted to build up a new iTunes library. Unfortunately, I couldn't manage to transfer any songs from my old library over, so I had to start entirely from scratch. Meaning, I had to re-obtain those last two albums that I had, so I went to Newbury Comics and got them.
I like 'em all. You should check them out.
Also, I downloaded a mixtape from Xaphoon Jones (that dude with Chiddy Bang who makes the crazy beats). Good stuff, good stuff. Chiddy Bang/Xaphoon Jones might just become my new obsession.
It is now 12:34 AM so I will go eat a bowl of cereal and go to sleep (yes, in that order).
